Kensington Motel - Whangarei

The room was immaculately clean, in fact, it was the cleanest motel I stayed in. It was super clean and came equipped with everything you could wish for to make a stay comfortable. the room was split into 2 rooms with 2 single beds in one and 1 double in the other, which was perfect for our group.

The only minor negative feature was that the Wi-Fi connection in the database was a bit slow at times.

The staff were kind and courteous and the location was amazing close to super market. It was also near to good restaurants and Supermarkets and arterial routes as well as food outlets & concert venue.

Very good amenities, amazing and perfect setting.

All in all great value. Fairly clean place, very good service, extremely friendly and amicable staff. The breakfast for our team food.

Really nice stay with excellent location near many good eating places. the breakfasts for our team were excellent. - Based adjacent to takeaways for dinner and cafe for breakfast, all within a 2-minute walk, and forth presumably to the hospital.

The location was good, the staff were outstandingly accommodating.

Tbh Wi-Fi was rather slow, and the bed was a bit hard.

the room was nicely refurbished and well-appointed with all main requirements for a non cooking unit, stayed here for 1 night. a microwave oven, a fridge and a dining area turned out to be good. the good location was close to whangarei anglican church.

Shame the bathroom was cold.

The rooms were fully equipped and tidy, featuring a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, and the location was breathtaking, within walking distance to a beautiful garden and park.

Every visit to Whangarei we like to stay here. the hotel is clean. - the staff is cooperative. - the room is good sized. - Its location is excellent and incredible, close to supermarkets, shops, Whangarei attractions, and various dining options.

The pool area was lovely, and the location was amazing, close to restaurants, a supermarket, shops, and takeaway options.

We really enjoyed spending a day in our newly remodelled superior apartment with a full kitchen. the staff was excellent, recommending us good places to go. - the accommodation had a central setting near a local tavern serving great food.

the location was excellent and easy to reach, within walking distance from Whangarei Anglican Church. the hotel is situated in a comfortable area, just a short walk to various amenities like supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, petrol stations, parks.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was conveniently located near Octagon Theatre, restaurants, and a stadium.

The room was a decent size and had recently been updated. It had a fan, two single beds, heating - basically everything I needed. 🛏️
